Jennifer McClelland — Director of Human Resources
Jennifer McClelland, Director of Human Resources, is a Dean’s List graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Science. Jen continued her education and received her MBA in 2011.
Jen joined AIO in early 2019 after working in the human resources field for several years in various industries. She is native to the Pittsburgh area; more specifically the Mon Valley. She has a strong interest in community and government and has been elected into public office twice. Jennifer also has a professional certification in Human Resources, and has committed to continuing her education in the field.
When not working, Jen spends her time with her husband and two active young children. Before becoming a mom, Jen coached multiple local youth sports teams. Now that her kids are of playing age, she loves being a hockey and soccer mom. Whether coaching or cheering them on from the sidelines, she spends most of her free time dedicated to supporting her family.
