Megan Lehman — Director of Clinical Operations
Megan Lehman, Director of Clinical Operations, is an optometrist with a masters degree in Health Services Administration who previously worked at Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI), one of the largest ophthalmology groups in the country. She has extensive experience in working with our patient records system, NextGen. She is responsible for oversight of all AIO clinical operations and our team.
Megan moved to Pittsburgh from the South Bend, Indiana area where she was born and raised. Growing up near the Golden Dome of Notre Dame, she acquired a great love of sports and is excited to be living in a city with so many amazing sport teams to watch and cheer for. Besides sports, she loves to spend time being active out on the lake paddle boarding, jet skiing and water skiing. Additionally, she enjoys doing barre method group exercise classes, as well as cooking and volunteering. She also enjoys spending time with her “little fluff ball” Izzy, a small Pomeranian Maltese mix that she rescued as a puppy.
